3. Lawful Bases and Purposes of Data Processing

We process your personal information under the following legal grounds recognized by the PDPA:

Performance of Contract: Administering course enrollments, scheduling live Chart Lab sessions, delivering personalized mentoring audits, and communicating workshop updates.
Legitimate Interests: Improving curriculum quality, optimizing website performance, and maintaining the cybersecurity of our digital learning infrastructure.
Consent: Sending voluntary weekly market level briefing newsletters where you have provided explicit opt-in consent.
Legal Compliance: Retaining financial and administrative transaction records required by Thai commercial and tax authorities.

4. Data Retention Schedule

Personal contact and application data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the educational purpose for which it was gathered. Student records and course completion history are securely archived for up to three (3) years following program conclusion, after which they are permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Financial transaction records are retained for five (5) years in accordance with Thai statutory accounting requirements.

Where cloud infrastructure or educational video streaming servers are hosted outside of Thailand, we ensure appropriate data transfer safeguards and contractual clauses are in place to uphold data protection standards equivalent to the Thailand PDPA.
