1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", or "Visitor") and Spark Orbit Hub Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), a registered educational company operating under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, with its principal place of business at 26/1 Loi Kroh Soi 3, T. Chang Khlan, A. Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50100.

By accessing our website (spark-orbithub.click), registering for educational workshops, attending live chart clinics, or engaging in mentorship programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Educational Nature of Services (No Financial Advice)

Spark Orbit Hub Co., Ltd. is strictly an educational institution providing training in technical market analysis, chart geometry, candlestick pattern verification, and market structure methodologies.

• Educational Context Only: All materials, live stream discussions, chart annotations, simulated examples, and mentorship critiques are provided solely for educational and training purposes.
• No Investment or Financial Advice: We do not provide financial advisory services, portfolio management, trade execution, or brokerage recommendations. Nothing on this website or in our training sessions constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security, currency, derivative, or financial instrument.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to the Support & Resistance Flip Playbook, annotated chart case studies, proprietary exercise worksheets, video recordings, slide presentations, graphics, and written content, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Spark Orbit Hub Co., Ltd.

Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and review training materials for their own individual study. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, stream, or publicly display any instructional content without our express prior written consent.

4. Workshop Registration, Attendance & Conduct

Students participating in live virtual classrooms or in-person sessions at our Chiang Mai studio agree to maintain professional, respectful decorum. We reserve the right to suspend or dismiss any participant from live sessions who engages in disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior, without entitlement to a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Thailand, Spark Orbit Hub Co., Ltd., its directors, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of our educational content or training sessions.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
